Chairman | Founder | CEO Chief Executive OfficerH. David Meyers, is an entrepreneur, attorney and businessman with many diverse talents. After graduating from the University of Miami, he earned his J.D. degree at George Washington University Law School. As an innovative and successful industrialist, he has created, developed and prospered in several companies that have been listed on the NYSE. He was chairman of the board for TimeSaver/Mastercard and Visa. Meyers is also a world-renowned oboist, performing extensively throughout America to critical acclaim in virtually every major concert venue, from Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center to the Kennedy Center, performing with the New York City Symphony Orchestra, New York City Center Opera, Miami Philharmonic, and the Virginia Chamber Orchestra to respectively name a few. H. David is a strong supporter with deep passion for the Wounded Warrior Trust Programs, thus beginning his own non-profit organizational branch as founder and Executive Director of Beethoven Found for Wounded Warriors. AgriSmart Chairman, H. David Meyers, is chief strategist as well as being a hands on leader. He is an active participant director intimately involved with every facet of AgriSmart operations. Mr. Lodugnon has provided economic and financial advisory services to international governments, organizations and companies. He identifies and analyzes business opportunities in the US agro-industry sector, for potential matchmaking with public or private sector entities in developing countries. For example, in 2006-2007 Michel structured the team and package for purchase of the NESTLE factory plant in Fulton (upstate) New York - the buyer was the government of Côte d’Ivoire. Director, Fruit OperationsGeorges Zogbo, an expert in mechanized farming and agroforestry, assists and advises on technology, strategy, and operations. Graduate of the ENITIAA (National Engineering School of Technical Agricultural and Food Industries), Nantes, France, and IPNETP (Institut Pédagogique National de l’Enseignement Technique Professionnel), 1981-1984, Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). Mr. Zogbo received formal training in the construction, assembly and setup of Agro-industrial equipment, a certificate from WARDA (West African Rice Development Association) in technology for production and certification on rice seed varieties (1997), and is a native Ivorian. ↑ Back to top.
Claude Michel Dutauziet, MD
Director, Plant OperationsClaude Michel Dutauziet, MD is a respected Côte d’Ivoire physician to local farmers. Claude is also a recognized palm oil farming expert with years of expertise from his family's ownership of a several thousand hectares palm oil farming operation. He is the leader of a palm oil farmers’ cooperative that provides AgriSmart with pods for pressing and processing into raw palm oil. Walt Warme, Jr.
CoS Chief of StaffWalt Warme, Jr. served in the US Marine Corps as an infantry officer platoon commander in Vietnam and attained the rank of Captain. Afterwards, he joined Government Service and managed financial execution of the Marine Corps allocation of the Department of the Navy (DON) Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Appropriation and associated Congressional budget requests. In the 1980s, he was appointed a voting member of the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Team that recommended budgets for the development and procurement of weapons and support systems for both active and reserve Marine Corps units. Supporting the US Marine Corps for over 45 years, he retired from Federal Service in 2014. Trey Warme, LBBP
CIO Chief Information OfficerTrey Warme is a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional, information technology infrastructure expert, and a deft marketing executive. Trey brings to the AgriSmart team over 15 years of information technology design and leadership expertise from numerous lead roles in multiple facets of industry, including as IT Manager for three casinos in Las Vegas, a senior network engineer for a credit union in San Diego, technical lead for military deployment projects, and senior systems administrator for a clinical trial enrollment contract research organization. He was the principal engineer consultant for numerous Southern California businesses, ranging from two international cosmetic enterprises, several national manufacturing corporations, law firms, real estate offices, insurance agencies, a lobbyist outfit, a number of large media enterprises, fitness, telecom, one of the largest international cell phone manufacturers, one of the oldest international toy companies, engineering firms, an energy provider along the international border, a rapidly expanding solar power startup, to a majority of the surgery centers in the greater San Diego metro. Trey is the founder of an IT consultancy for fourteen years running.
